🚚 Shipping Information

Shipping Method: Castle Parcels and CourierPost are our default courier services for most orders. Depending on location, availability, or other logistical factors, we may also use Kiwi Express, Aramex (formerly Fastway), or other trusted delivery partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Our default delivery option is Signature Required, offering a secure and trackable shipping experience. If you prefer your parcel to be left without a signature, please note that Marvle3D and the courier service cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once the tracking system confirms successful delivery. Where possible, the courier will leave the parcel in a secure location at the provided address.

Shipping Timeframe: We are committed to dispatching all orders within 2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays may not be shipped until the next business day.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout. If you are unsure about combined shipping costs for multiple items, please don’t hesitate to contact our team for clarification.

Delivery Restrictions: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, as these are not accepted by our courier partners.

Orders are not shipped from our Auckland warehouse on the following public holidays:

1. New Year's Day & Day After New Year
2. Waitangi Day
3. Good Friday & Easter Monday
4. ANZAC Day
5. Queen’s Birthday
6. Labour Day
7. Christmas Day & Boxing Day
8. Any other officially observed public holidays

Please allow additional delivery time when placing an order around these holidays.

Important Delivery Notes: While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, Marvle3D is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from:

1. Courier delays or service disruptions
2. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information (e.g. P.O. Box instead of a physical address)
3. Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
4. Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
