PolySupport™ for PA12 is a break away support specifically engineered for PA12 based filaments. It has a perfect interface with long-chain nylons, strong enough to support it and easily removable by hand. PolySupport™ for PA12 prints at a similar temperature to PA12 and is compatible with open, enclosed and heated chambers. The filament is colored green so its easy to see and remove after printing. We have designed PolySupport™ for PA12 specifically for long chain nylon product, such as PolyMide™ PA12-CF and PolyMide™ PA612-CF. Moreover, It also shows good compatibility with PET material.

Printing and Drying Settings:
Printing Temperature: 270˚C - 300˚C
Bed Temperature: 50˚C - 80˚C
Printing Speed: 30mm/s - 60mm/s
Fan: ON

Direct Drive:
Retraction Distance: 1mm
Retraction Speed: 20mm/s

Indirect Drive:
Retraction Distance: 3mm
Retraction Speed: 40mm/s
Drying Settings: 100˚C for 8h
