Why Marvle3D?
Marvle3D—New Zealand’s expert since 2016, offering friendly support, in-store demos, and one of the country’s largest ranges.
1.Power down & unplug. Raise the X-axis to mid-height, push the bed forward, and let the hotend cool fully.
2.Remove X-axis front bits as needed. Follow the A1 X-axis tutorial to expose the motor housing (you don’t need to remove the toolhead unless space is tight). Tools: H1.5/2.0 hex key, tweezers.
3.Unscrew the old cover. Take out the cover screws (front/back pieces). Keep belts, wiring, and USB-C cable clear.
4.Fit the new cover (FAC043 or FAC043-N). Align front, middle, rear shells around the motor block; ensure no pinched wires and belt runs free.
5.Reassemble & check motion. Reinstall any parts you removed, then power on and jog X to verify smooth travel; re-tension belts if needed.
