1. Remove X-Axis Assembly
-Tilt the printer back, unplug camera, X-motor, and Z-motor cables.
-Remove six screws at the back securing the X-axis. Detach the assembly.
2. Disassemble X-Axis Modules
-Remove the purge wiper, X-axis cover, and belt.
-Take out idler pulley, weight block, cable box, and camera.
-Remove old linear rail by undoing one front screw and three back screws.
3. Install New Linear Rail
-Mount new rail using the same screws and alignment.
-Reinstall X motor, belt, pulleys, and weight block.
-Reconnect all cables through the motor cover as before.
4. Reinstall X-Axis Assembly
-Slide the unit back onto Z-axis sliders and secure with screws.
-Reconnect all cables carefully to avoid pinching.
5. Final Check
-Power on and ensure smooth X-axis motion.
-Run calibration (bed leveling and vibration test).
