Why Marvle3D?
Marvle3D—New Zealand’s expert since 2016, offering friendly support, in-store demos, and one of the country’s largest ranges.
1.Remove AMS HT from the printer and place it on a clean bench.
2.Open the top cover and follow the Disassembly & Assembly guide to lift the main frame; carefully unlock any ribbon/flex latches—do not pull cables by the wires.
3.Identify the four replacement cables (power, RS-485/bus, speed-sensor, material-selection). Keep their original routing in mind (take photos).
4.At the mainboard/power-board, release each old cable: press the latch, then pull the connector straight out.
5.Disconnect the far ends (sensor/board ends) of each cable in turn, noting orientation and keyed connectors.
6.Route the new cables exactly along the original channels and clips to avoid pinches and fan/heater interference.
7.Reconnect board-side ends first (power board and mainboard), then sensor/module ends, ensuring each connector clicks into place.
8.Re-seat the main frame and reattach covers per the assembly guide; verify no cables are trapped.
9.Reconnect the AMS HT to the printer and power on. Run a self-test/functional check (fans/heater status, feeder movement).
10. If you see communication or sensor errors, recheck the RS-485 and speed-sensor connections.
