The Amber Screen Pro delivers an effective lifespan exceeding 6,000 hours, supported by a large-molecule crystal layer that significantly improves UV resistance. Reinforced liquid-crystal support pillars increase pressure tolerance by up to 100 times, while custom-dyed polarizers with larger dye molecules further enhance UV durability. The OptiZone Light Engine reduces heat buildup on the screen, preserving long-term performance. Paired with AI-driven 86,000+ zone light calibration, the upgraded MASK algorithm compensates for pixel-level light variation with ≥94% uniformity and print accuracy down to ≤0.05 mm. A modular structure ensures fast, simple, and cost-effective screen replacement.
Enhanced 3D Printing Reliability
The die-cast unibody base replaces multi-part assemblies, eliminating cumulative tolerances and providing greater structural rigidity, which improves Z-axis repeatability and overall printing stability. Intelligent temperature control, enabled by the optional heated scraper, warms resin quickly, prevents sedimentation, and maintains optimal temperature with ±1 °C precision. Heating resin from 10 °C to 22 °C takes just six minutes—68% faster—while high-viscosity materials benefit from over 24% reduced drainage wait time.
Powerful Thermal Dissipation
The optimized thermal ventilation system efficiently disperses heat from both the light source and the screen, maintaining a stable operating temperature between 31.2 °C and 35 °C to reduce heat accumulation and extend component lifespan. A floating build platform with just 0.15° deviation automatically levels by eliminating gaps of up to 240 µm, ensuring consistent printing. High-sensitivity force sensors detect residue as small as 0.15 mm with 0.01 N accuracy, enabling automatic stopping upon residue or print failure. The system also supports automatic resin refilling before and during printing, with faster refill speed available when using the included push-button accessory.
