Why Marvle3D?
Marvle3D—New Zealand’s expert since 2016, offering friendly support, in-store demos, and one of the country’s largest ranges.
Step 1: Remove the USB-C Data Cable
Disconnect the USB-C data cable from the TH board by loosening the front plug, flipping the TH board to access the rear connector, unplugging the cable, and then fully removing it by pulling the USB-C cable out of the cable chain bracket and cable carrier bracket.
Step 2: Remove the AP Board Cover and Material Line Sorting Cover
Use an H2.0 Allen wrench to remove the BT2.6×8 retaining screw, then lift off the AP panel cover from the side closest to the front door.
Step 3: Remove the Buffer
Unlock the pneumatic connector on the feed tube bracket and remove the PTFE tube from the back of the printer, then release the pneumatic connector on the buffer and disconnect the internal PTFE tube; afterward, use an H2.0 Allen wrench to remove the four retaining screws and loosen the buffer.
Step 4: Release the Cable Chain
Press the pneumatic connector above the tool head to disconnect and remove the PTFE hose from the cable chain, detach the cable chain from the printer frame, release the two PTFE pipe clips, and pull the USB-C cable completely out of the chain.
Step 5: Disconnect the USB-C Data Cable from the AP Board
Pull the USB-C cable out of the clip, remove the screws securing the USB-C cable clip, release the cable from the latch, and disconnect the USB-C data cable from the AP board.
