Why Marvle3D?
Marvle3D—New Zealand’s expert since 2016, offering friendly support, in-store demos, and one of the country’s largest ranges.
Step 1: Remove the PTFE Tube from the Back of the AMS
Press the PTFE tube release button on the rear of the AMS to unlock the fitting, then pull the PTFE tube out to detach it.
Step 2: Remove the PTFE Tube Release Button
Pinch the clip on the inside of the lower cover to pop the PTFE tube release button open, then pull it out from the back of the AMS while holding the PTFE tube to prevent the spring from ejecting.
Step 3: Remove the AMS Main Frame Assembly
Remove the driven support sleeves from the two middle slots to reveal the screw holes, carefully keeping track of the end bearings, then remove screws A securing the main frame; lift the front first to create clearance and stand the frame vertically without pressing the vent electronics, unplug the signal and power cables from the power board, and lift the entire main frame assembly out.
Step 4: Disconnect All Mainboard Cables
Unplug all 18 cables from their connectors on the mainboard, marking each cable or taking a reference photo to ensure correct reconnection during reassembly.
Step 5: Remove the Mainboard
Remove the two screws securing the AMS mainboard, then lift it from the bottom while squeezing the leftmost clip outward to release all six clips and detach the mainboard.
