Why Marvle3D?
Marvle3D—New Zealand’s expert since 2016, offering friendly support, in-store demos, and one of the country’s largest ranges.
Step 1: Remove All Required Screws
Remove every screw listed, including BT3×8 for the rear panel, purge chute, power socket, and AC board cover; ST3×8 for the rear panel and power socket; ST3×12 for the spool holder bracket; BT3×12 for the cable clip; and STW3×5 for the ground wire.
Step 2: Remove the Power Socket
First remove the rear panel, purge chute, and AC board cover following the referenced sequence—ignoring AC board disassembly steps—then lift the protective cover, loosen the screws with a cross-head screwdriver, and pull the three power cables downward to detach the power socket.
Step 3: Release the Cable Clip and Remove the Power Socket Cable
Use an H2.0 Allen key to loosen the two BT3×12 screws securing the cable clip, then open the clip on the left inner lining and remove the power socket cable from it.
Step 4: Remove the Power Socket from the Inner Lining
Use an H2.0 Allen key to loosen the two mounting screws (ST3×8 marked in red and BT3×8 marked in green), tilt the power socket and pull it out of the inner lining, then press the clip to detach it from the power safety key base.
Step 5: Disconnect the Power Supply Cables
Lift the transparent protective cover beneath the power supply, loosen the three screws with a cross-head screwdriver and pull the cables downward, then use an H2.0 Allen key to remove the STW3×5 ground wire screw and take the cables out of the clip.
