Step 1: Power Off and Open the AP Board Cover
Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord, remove the top glass cover, then open the AP board cover located at the upper-left area of the machine.
Step 2: Disconnect the Cables
Use a hair dryer to soften the silicone securing the connectors, then disconnect the chamber LED cable and the button board cable.
Step 3: Loosen the Chamber Camera
Push the chamber camera as shown to release it from the beam, allowing easier removal and installation of the chamber LED.
Step 4: Remove the LED Bar
Check whether the LED bar end is reinforced with black glue and clean it if necessary, then push the LED bar in the indicated direction to release it, disconnect the attached cable, and remove the LED bar while keeping the cable routed in its original position.
Step 5: Loosen the AP Board
Use an H2.0 hex key to remove the five screws securing the AP board, allowing it to be loosened from the upper beam.
Step 6: Release the LED Cable
Pull the old LED cable out of the gap—using slight force if it is tightly stuck—but do not fully remove it from the printer yet.
