Step 1: Remove the Extruder Module
Use an H2.0 Allen key to remove the extruder module by unscrewing the two D screws and two E screws.
Step 2: Remove the Fans
Remove the cooling fan for the hotend by unscrewing the two F screws using an H1.5 Allen key.
Step 3: Remove the Part Cooling Fan
Unscrew the two G screws and the one C screw using an H1.5 Allen key to remove the part cooling fan.
Step 4: Remove the Hotend Heating Assembly
Use an H2.0 Allen key to remove the three H screws, then lift out the hotend heating assembly from the toolhead.
Step 5: Remove the Toolhead Block
Loosen the belt by unscrewing the belt-tensioning screws I and removing the anti-rotation plate, then loosen all four belt block fixing screws J on both sides. After the belts are relaxed, remove the toolhead block by unscrewing the four K screws with an H2.0 Allen key.
