Step 1 – Remove the Complete Hotend:
Remove the entire hotend assembly by following the Complete Hotend Assembly instructions provided in the maintenance guide.
Step 2 – Disconnect Components:
Disconnect the filament tube, then unplug the hall switch cable to continue disassembly.
Step 3 – Release the Cutter:
Use an H1.5 hex key to loosen the cutter lever screw, allowing the cutter to disengage from the extruder and the lever to drop freely.
Step 4 - Remove the extruder unit
Unscrew the 3 screws with an H2.0 hex key and remove the extruder.
