    Removing the Heatbed
Step 1: Remove the Rear Panel
You can refer to this wiki to remove the rear panel: Replace the Rear Panel. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/p2s/maintenance/replace-rear-panel

Step 2: Remove the Left Side Panel
You can refer to this wiki to remove the left side panel: Replace the Left Side Panel. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/p2s/maintenance/replace-left-side-panel

Step 3: Remove the Purge Chute
Use an H1.5 Allen key to remove the four screws securing the purge chute, then remove it from the printer.

    Step 4: Remove the Heatbed
First, disconnect the heatbed temperature cable from the MC board. Then, disconnect the three hot bed power cables from the AC board. When disconnecting the hot bed power cables, press the latch on the interface to unlock it, and then unplug the cables.
Use a H2.0 Allen key to remove the ground wire fixing screw (STW3.5×6), then detach the ground wire from the frame and the cable clip.
Use an H1.5 Allen key to remove the two cable clamp screws (BT2×5) on the power cover, and remove the cable clamp. Then pass the heated bed cable through the cable gland on the power supply protection cover.
Use an H1.5 Allen key to remove the two cable clamp fixing screws (BT2x5) on the bottom of the Z slider and remove the cable clamp.
Use an H2.0 Allen key to remove the seven heatbed fixing screws (BT3×5). Lift the heatbed up and lay it on its side, then unplug the heatbed cable from the Z slider. Finally, remove the heatbed.

    Install the Heatbed
    Step 1: Install the Heatbed
Place the new heatbed sideways into the printer and thread the cables through the Z slider. To do this, first pass the three heatbed power cables through the Z slider and pull them through. Next, thread the ground and temperature cables through the Z slider as well.
Place the heatbed onto the Z sliders. First, use an H2.0 Allen Key to tighten the four screws at the rear of the heatbed (numbered 1–3). Then insert the four screws at the front (numbered 4–7), but do not fully tighten them yet to allow for later adjustment of the heatbed position.
Arrange the cables at the bottom of the Z slider into the cable duct, install the cable clamp, and tighten the two fixing screws (BT2x5) using an H1.5 Allen wrench.
Pass the heatbed cable through the cable cover on the power supply protection cover, route the ground wire through the column, and use an H2.0 Allen wrench to fasten the ground wire to the column with an STW3.5x6 screw.
Insert the heatbed cable into the AC board and then into the MC board in sequence, and clip the cable into the cable trough. Install the cable clamp onto the power supply protection cover and tighten the two fixing screws (BT2x5) with an H1.5 Allen key.

Step 2: Install the Purge Chute
Align the purge chute with the screw holes on the printer and tighten the four fixing screws in sequence using an H1.5 Allen key.

Step 3: Install the Left Side Panel
You can refer to this wiki to reinstall the left side panel: Replacing the Left Side Panel. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/p2s/maintenance/replace-left-side-panel

Step 4: Install the Rear Panel
You can refer to this wiki to reinstall the rear panel: Replacing the Rear Panel. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/p2s/maintenance/replace-rear-panel

    Step 5:Tighten the heatbed screws
    Click "Home" on the screen, preheat the bed to 55°C, and maintain it for 5 minutes;
Use an H2.0 Allen Key to tighten the four front screws (numbered 4–7)

    Step 6:Manually level the heatbed
After waiting for the heatbed temperature to drop to room temperature, you can refer to this Wiki to manually level the heatbed: P2S Bed Tramming. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/p2s/maintenance/manual-bed-tramming

    Verifying Functionality
Connect the power supply, turn on the printer, and check whether the heatbed heats up normally or whether the displayed temperature is normal.
