Overview:
The Induction Hotend Latch Actuator is the core component responsible for the locking and unlocking functions of the Induction Hotend. It controls the fixation and release of the Induction Hotend through a mechanical structure.
Removing the Old Induction Hotend Latch Actuator
Step 1: Move the Toolhead Assembly to the Back
Before you begin, move the toolhead assembly to the back to prevent interference during disassembly and assembly. Then, use an H2.0 screwdriver to remove the three fixing screws.
Step 2: Unlock the Induction Hotend Latch Actuator
Gently push the button indicated by the arrow on the component upward with your finger, and simultaneously slide the induction hotend latch actuator horizontally to unlock the component. Be careful not to damage the connecting cable during removal.
Step 3: Flip it Over to the Back and Disconnect the Connector
