Optimized Amber Screen Stunning Details with Fast Speed
The Amber Screen delivers a high 566:1 contrast ratio using a custom dyed polarizer and optical film stack, producing sharper details and reducing over- or under-exposure. Its optimized 90° light transmission minimizes stray light, resulting in smooth, defect-free surfaces. Built with UV-resistant dye macromolecules, the screen maintains stability for over one million printed layers. With 60-zone calibration and NFC-based auto-calibration, light intensity remains consistent for reliable, high-precision printing.

Reliable C5 Grade Z-axis Module
The Reflex RS Turbo’s C5-grade Z-axis module delivers exceptional mechanical precision, maintaining repeat positioning accuracy within 2 μm even under demanding conditions. Rigorously tested with a 50 kg load over ten thousand continuous cycles, the system ensures long-term stability and consistent print quality. Its high-precision lead screw and optimized guide structure minimize vibration and drift, keeping Z-axis variation extremely low—even at fine 50 μm layer heights—resulting in smoother surfaces, reliable dimensional accuracy, and greater success rates across both single prints and high-volume production.
Adaptive Z-axis Compensation
The Adaptive Process Packages enable the RS Turbo to intelligently adjust Z-axis compensation based on the specific resin in use. This system supports up to 180 combinations of angles, hole sizes, and edge types, allowing the printer to fine-tune dimensional accuracy for a wide range of geometries. Compared to relying on a single compensation parameter, this adaptive method reduces deformation, prevents resin buildup on support contact points, and significantly shortens post-processing time—resulting in cleaner parts and more consistent print quality.
Injection-Molded Precision with 2-Hour Speed
The RS Turbo delivers near injection-molded accuracy while completing suitable models in as little as two hours. With high-speed resins and optimized motion control, it achieves an average printing speed of 4.5 seconds per layer*, maintaining frame flex within ±2 μm and keeping screen temperatures up to 10 °C cooler during operation.
Dynamic Motion Algorithm 3.0 — 33% Faster Printing
The upgraded Dynamic Motion Algorithm 3.0 analyzes real-time force sensor data 80 times per second, adjusting movement parameters for each layer through a seven-segment control process. This minimizes unnecessary motion, reduces failure risks, and maximizes printing efficiency. The algorithm also evaluates each layer’s complexity—including cross-section area, spacing, and part quantity—and selects from 18 optimized motion profiles to maintain print quality while increasing overall print speed.
Get Printing in Minutes
The RS Turbo streamlines pre-processing with automatic one-click slicing, completing full model preparation in about a minute. Built-in repair tools detect and fix issues such as inverted normals, holes, and intersecting shells, while intelligent scaffold generation reduces detachment and boosts print success. A force-value monitoring system uses 0.1 N sensors to detect residue as small as 0.2 mm, automatically pausing the print when needed. The floating screen auto-leveling mechanism eliminates gaps up to 240 µm for consistent first-layer performance. With the optional heated resin tank, the printer warms resin from 10 °C to 22 °C in 20 minutes and maintains optimal temperature throughout the print for stable, high-quality results.
