Nozzle Wiping Pad
The nozzle wiping pad mounts onto the purge wiper assembly and is designed to clean leftover material from the nozzle, using soft silicone to maintain reliable contact and effective wiping during operation.

Always turn off the printer and disconnect it from power before starting any maintenance. Failure to do so may result in electric shock, short circuits, or damage to the printer and surrounding equipment.
If a procedure requires the printer to be powered on, wear insulated gloves and take extra care to avoid pinching, damaging, or applying pressure to exposed wires, connectors, or circuit boards. Be aware that the nozzle can become extremely hot and should never be touched with bare skin.

Remove the Nozzle Wiping Pad
Carefully detach the nozzle wiping pad from the purge wiper assembly.

Install the Nozzle Wiping Pad
Line up the two clips on the new wiping pad with the grooves on the purge wiper assembly, then press firmly until the pad is securely seated.

Verify Installation
Start a print and observe the nozzle wiping pad once printing begins. If installed correctly, the nozzle will be wiped clean as intended.
